In 2022-23, a pair of defenders were named Co-Best Defensemen in Northeastern senior Megan Carter (Milton, Ont.) and Vermont graduate student Sini Karjalainen (Posio, Finland). It marks the second straight year that a Husky and Catamount share the award after Skylar Fontaine and Maude Poulin-Labelle did so in 2021-22.
