HOCKEY EAST HEADLINES
No. 8 Northeastern completed a sweep of No. 5 UConn, both on the road, to give the Huskies their first two-game sweep of a ranked opponent since 2021-22. Lisa Jonsson pitched a career-high 45-save shutout in Saturday’s 1-0 win that saw Ella Lloyd score her first career game-winning goal with just 15 seconds left in regulation.
Vermont extended its undefeated run in 2026 with a two-game road sweep at Boston University, as rookie netminder Zoe Cliche improved to 6-0-2 since the calendar flipped. Stella Retrum scored three goals, including two game-winning strikes, and added an assist for the Catamounts.
No. 14 Holy Cross won its 10th Hockey East game, the most in program history, by toppling Providence for the first time ever. The Crusaders swept the Friars, 2-1 and 3-0, off two goals from Emily Crovo on Friday and a 35-save shutout from Abby Hornung on Saturday.
Merrimack earned its first league win in regulation with a 2-0 victory at Maine on Friday. Adreanna Doucette stopped all 33 shots she saw to backbone the Warriors to victory for her second career shutout. Maine rebounded the next night, winning 4-2 with four different goal scorers.
Grace Campbell logged 178:43 in net across three games for Boston College, stopping 111 of 121 shots for a .917 save percentage. She recorded
a career-high 54 saves against Northeastern on Tuesday, her 100th career
game played, and earned the 50th win of her collegiate career on Friday
as. Boston College and New Hampshire split a weekend series. UNH’s
Sedona Blair stopped 40 and 43 shots in two starts against the Eagles,
while rookie Nina Rossi scored a power-play goal and a shorthanded
goal in Saturday’s 6-2 bounceback win.

Emily Crovo (Jr., F; Melrose, Mass.) scored both goals in Friday’s 2-1 win over Providence to lead the Crusaders to the first two victories over Providence in program history. Holy Cross had been 0-21-1 in the first 22 meetings.
Stella Retrum (Jr., F; Maple Grove,
Minn.) scored both of Vermont’s
game-winning goals in a sweep at
Boston University, including both
goals in Saturday’s 2-1 victory. On
the weekend, she had four points (3g,
1a), 11 shots on goal, two blocked
shots, and two power-play strikes.
The game on Saturday was her 100th
career contest.
PRO AMBITIONS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Zoe Cliche - Vermont
Zoe Cliche (Fr., G; Ottawa, Ont.) made 33 saves in a 5-2 win on Friday at Boston University and followed up with 27 stops on 28 shots
in a 2-1 victory the next day. In total, she made 60 saves in a pair of
victories to lift UVM from eighth to fifth in the Hockey East Standings.
Vermont and Cliche remain undefeated in 2026, going 6-0-2 with two
shootout wins since January 2.
ARMY ROTC DEFENDER OF THE WEEK
Ella Lloyd - Northeastern
Ella Lloyd (Fr., D; Ardrossan, Alta.) helped Northeastern to a 3-0-0
week and secured the sweep over No. 5 UConn with her first career
game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory. Lloyd anchored the defense and
scored with just 15.2 seconds remaining to deliver Northeastern its
first sweep over a top-five opponent since 2021-22.

Lisa Jonsson - Northeastern
Lisa Jonsson (So., G; Stockholm, Sweden) posted a 2-0-0 record
for Northeastern, including one shutout, averaging a 1.00 GAA and
.973 save percentage. She tallied 27 saves in a Beanpot third-place
game win against Boston College. Jönsson then posted a career-high 45 saves en route to shutting out No. 5 UConn on the road
in a 1-0 victory.
HOCKEY EAST TOP PERFORMERS
Kate Ham, BC (Sr., F; Hingham, Mass.) Netted two goals in three games, including a power-play goal, tying for the team lead in goals during the week. She added eight shots on net.
Maxim Tremblay, BC (Fr., F; Sherbrooke, Que.) Recorded one goal and one assist in a 1-2-0 week for the Eagles.
Madelyn Murphy, BC (Fr., D; Dorchester, Mass.) Racked up three points (2g, 1a) over three games while anchoring the Boston College blue line. She led all BC defenders with 15 shots on net and finished the week with a plus-one rating.

Adreanna Doucette, MC (So., G; Millbury, Mass.) Made 64 saves on 67 shots in a split weekend against Maine. Her workload included a 33-save shutout on Friday in a 2-0 victory.
Kerttu Lehmus, MC (Fr., F; Orivesi, Finland) Scored the opening goal and had a game-tying assist in Merrimack’s 4-2 defeat to Maine on Saturday.
Solveig Gisler, MC (Jr., D; Eksjo, Sweden) Netted her first goal of the season, a game-winning strike in a 2-0 win over Maine on Friday.
Danika Botterilll, UNH (Jr., Portage La Prairie, Man.) Potted her eighth goal of the year while also providing a pair of helpers in a 6-2 win over BC on Saturday, giving the junior her second-career three point game.
Nina Rossi, UNH (Fr., F; Pittsgrove, N.J.) Posted a power-play goal and forced a turnover to score a shorthanded goal in a 6-2 win over BC on Saturday, posting her seventh multi-point game and second multi-goal game of the season.
Sedona Blair, UNH (Jr., G; Eden Prairie, Minn.) Stopped 83 of 87 shots faced for a .954 save percentage in a split weekend against Boston College. She allowed just two goals in each start, while posting back-to-back games with at least 40 saves.
Eloise Caron, NU (So., F; Saint-Hyacinthe, Que.) Recorded two goals and two assists for four points in a 3-0-0 week for the Huskies. She had back-to-back multi-point efforts against Boston College in the Beanpot third-place game and in game one against No. 5 UConn. Caron finished her week with a plus-three rating and three blocks.
Stryker Zablocki, NU (Fr., F; Prince Albert, Sask.) Had four points across three games in a 3-0-0 week for Northeastern. Zablocki posted one goal and one assist against Boston College on Tuesday and followed it up with another one goal and one assist performance at No. 5 UConn. She finished her week with a plus-four rating and one block.
Cristina Cavaliere, PC (Sr., D; Mississauga, Ont.) Set up two goals and blocked five shots in thee games for the Friars.
Ashley Kokavec, UVM (Jr., D; Parkland, Fla.) Earned her 12th assist of the season while tallying seven shots on goal in a sweep at BU.
