Eight Hockey East Players Named CCM/AHCA Men's All-Americans
Boston College leads all schools nationally with four selections

Sixteen different Division I hockey-playing schools can celebrate players honored as CCM/AHCA Hockey All-Americans for the 2024-25 season. The nation's top 24 college hockey players were announced tonight during "Friday Night at the Frozen Four" in St. Louis, MO. Only five of the honorees came from this year's Frozen Four semifinalists: Denver's Zeev Buium and Jack Devine, Boston University's Cole Hutson, Penn State's Aiden Fink and Western Michigan's Alex Bump. All but Fink are First Team selections.

Noteworthy this year:

  • Boston College leads all schools with four selections, followed by Michigan State with three and Clarkson, Denver and Minnesota each with two.
  • Five players come Illinois and there are three from both Minnesota and New York.
  • Six players had been recognized as All-Americans previously. BC goalie Jacob Fowler, DU defenseman Zeev Buium and DU forward Jack Devine repeat as First Team selections. First Teamer Ryan Leonard of BC was Second Team in 2024, as were teammate Gabe Perreault and Liam McLinskey of Holy Cross.
  • There are 18 players from 10 U.S. states and four Canadian players from four provinces. One player is from Russia and one is from Sweden.
  • By class: one freshman, 13 sophomores, six juniors, two seniors and two fifth-year students.
  • The conference breakdown: eight from Hockey East, six from the Big Ten, five from the NCHC, two each from Atlantic Hockey America and ECAC Hockey, and one from the CCHA.
