Hockey East Names 2024-25 Men's All-Star Teams
League Honors Three All-Star Teams During 40th Tournament Celebration

AMESBURY, Mass. - The Hockey East Association today announced its 2024-25 Men’s All-Star Teams as voted by the league’s 11 head coaches as part of the celebration of the 40th Hockey East Men’s Tournament.

The All-Hockey East First Team is highlighted by two unanimous selections from Boston College, including goaltender Jacob Fowler (Melbourne, Fla.) and forward Ryan Leonard (Amherst, Mass.). Joining the pair on the First Team are defensemen Eamon Powell (Marcellus, N.Y./Boston College) and Cole Hutson (North Barrington, Ill./Boston University), and forwards Gabe Perreault (Hinsdale, Ill.)/Boston College) and Cole O'Hara (Richmond Hill, Ont./Massachusetts). Fowler was also named Stop It Goaltending Goaltender of the Year, the second straight year he has been so honored.

Named to the All-Hockey East Second Team are goaltender Albin Boija (Sundsvall, Sweden/Maine), defensemen Tom Willander (Stockholm, Sweden/Boston University) and Guillaume Richard (Québec, Que./Providence), and forwards Quinn Hutson (North Barrington, Ill./Boston University), Joey Muldowney (Lake View, N.Y./UConn) and Hudson Schandor (North Vancouver, B.C./UConn).

Getting nods on the All-Star Third Team are goaltender Michael Hrabal (Praha, Czechia/Massachusetts), defenders Brandon Holt (Grand Forks, N.D./Maine) and Alex Gagne (Bedford, N.H./New Hampshire), and forwards Ryan Greene (Paradise, Newf./Boston University), Jake Richard (Jacksonville, Fla./UConn), and Cam Lund (Bridgewater, Mass./Northeastern).

Hockey East will announce finalists for the Player, Rookie, and Coach of the Year awards on Monday, March 17.

The 2025 Hockey East Men’s Tournament continues tonight when #5 Providences visits #4 UConn at 7:00 p.m. on NESN. The final three quarterfinal games are set for Saturday, March 15. #3 Boston University hosts #6 Massachusetts at 4:30 p.m. on NESN+ before #1 Boston College and #9 Northeastern at 7:30 p.m. on the same channel. #2 Maine and #7 UMass Lowell battle at 6:00 p.m. on ESPN+.

The Hockey East semifinals are set tentatively set for 4:00pm and 7:30pm on Thursday, March 20 at TD Garden in Boston, while the 40th championship game will be played Friday, March 21 at 7:30pm. All three games will air live on NESN+. Tickets are available via the host institution for each on-campus game while championship tickets can be purchased at TicketMaster.com.
