NO. ANDOVER, Mass. - The Merrimack College men's ice hockey team were defeated by the Brown University Bears by a score of 5-1 on Tuesday night at Lawler Arena.

In the first period, Merrimack got on the board first as Ty Daneault scored his seventh goal of the season after playing some give and go with Seamus Powell, but Brown would tie the score in the final minute of period.
Brown would score the lone goal of the second period to carry a one goal lead into the third.
In the final period, Brown would score three times to put the game on ice.
