BOSTON - A three-point outing from freshman Éloise Caron lifted the No. 15 Northeastern women's hockey team to a 4-3 victory over Yale on Tuesday night at Matthews Arena.

Caron's three points ties her career-high. Junior Jules Constantinople joined Caron as a multi-point scorer with a career-high two goals.

- A two-goal first period from Constantinople set the tone for the Huskies. Constantinople scored the opening goal on the power-play with assists from senior Skylar Irving and Caron.

- The Bulldogs evened the score at 1-1, but Constantinople put the Huskies back ahead 2-1 at the 11:43 mark of the first period. Constantinople's second tally was assisted by Caron and sophomore Allie Lalonde.

- Yale once again tied the game at 2-2 in the second period with a second goal from Cami Bell.

- Junior Lily Shannon scored at the 9:56 mark of the final frame to give the Huskies back their lead. Shannon's tally was assisted by graduate student Jaden Bogden and junior Kristina Allard. Caron then put NU up by two with her sixth goal of the season, with a helper from freshman Morgan Jackson.

- Yale scored the final goal of the game to bring score to 4-3, still in the Huskies favor.

- Freshman netminder Lisa Jönsson finished with 23 saves in her ninth victory of the season.

- Northeastern outshot Yale, 32-26. Graduate student Lily Yovetich tied to lead all players with four blocks.

Northeastern has the weekend off and will next return in the Beanpot Semifinals against Boston College on Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 7:30 p.m. in Matthews Arena.
