Callista Printz (Buffalo, N.Y.) slid a pass from the high slot to the left point, where Maddie Crowley-Cahill (Haverhill, Mass.) snapped a pass to the slot and the shot by Chavonne Truter (Uxbridge, Ontario) deflected off Boucher toward the right post, where Hammer lifted the puck into the net.
THIRD PERIOD
- Holy Cross tied the score for the second time on Moreau's power-play goal at 14:52.
- HC took a timeout with 23.9 seconds on the clock with a faceoff to Martinez's right, but Truter won the faceoff and neither team recorded a shot the remainder of regulation.
OVERTIME
- UNH controlled the opening faceoff and Verrier sent a pass back into the defensive zone to Andi Calderone (Kirkland, Quebec).
