- Campbell tacked on his second goal of the night after the Huskies earned a 5-on-3 power play. Following a shot from graduate student Pito Walton, Campbell was able to tip one in from outside the crease to start the middle frame, 5-1.
- Williams would continue the scoring efforts with back-to-back goals in the second period to give him six points on the weekend. Freshman Dylan Hryckowian tallied an assist on each of Williams' goals.
- Northeastern extended their lead to 8-1 when captain Justin Hryckowian scored on a point-blank shot just left of the RPI netminder. The assists were credited to Choupani and junior Gunnarwolfe Fontaine.
- The defensive end found their way into the scoring action with a dangle from Dorrington to beat the Engineer's defenseman for his third point of the night. Hayes and Fontaine both picked up their second assists of the night.
- Although the Engineers were able to add one more at the end of the third period, Northeastern was victorious, 9-2.
- Netminders Cameron Whitehead and Harrison Chesney split time in net, totaling a combined 26 saves. Tonight's game marked Chesney's collegiate debut for the Huskies.
- Walsh led the team with 12 faceoff wins, while Choupani and Williams had five shots on goal each.
