Orono, Maine - The Maine men's hockey team completed a weekend sweep of RPI with a 6-3 victory on Friday night at Alfond Arena.
Josh Nadeau opened the scoring with his first career goal - a power-play tally - six minutes into the contest. Harrison Scott made it 2-0 midway through the frame. RPI then pulled a goal back before the first intermission.
Nadeau's second power-play tally of the game pushed BC's lead to 3-1 and then Grayson Arnott struck in the final 20 seconds of the second period. RPI's Lucas Matta made it a two-goal game 14 seconds into the final frame but Donavan Villeneuve-Houle responded with his first of the season. The Engineers would find the back of the net once more but Ben Poisson gave Maine its sixth of the game with an empty-netter for the 6-3 final.
