CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Katie Pyne scored two goals as the Boston College women's hockey team skated to a 4-2 win over Holy Cross on Saturday afternoon at Kelley Rink.

Abby Newhook and Deirdre Mullowney put BC up 2-0 with goals five minutes apart to open the second period. Holy Cross got on the board midway through the middle frame and then Pyne's first of the game pushed BC's lead back out to 3-1 with three to play.

A ricochet pulled Holy Cross within one just 18 seconds into the third period but Pyne found the empty net in the final minute of play for the 4-2 win.
