Box Score - Highlights

Boston -- Freshman Cam Lund carried the No. 15 Northeastern Huskies from behind with back-to-back third period goals, sending the game to overtime with the Boston College Eagles.

- With just four minutes off the clock in the game, freshman duo Cam Lund and Jack Williams opened scoring for the Huskies. Directly off the faceoff, Williams lead Lund to the front of the net where Lund notched his first of the net.

- The Eagles went on a 4-0 run to take a three-goal lead heading into the third period.

- Just over the halfway point in the final frame, Riley Hughes won a battle at the board in the defensive zone and cleared the puck to linemate Justin Hryckowian. Going the length of the ice, Hryckowian dropped the puck back for Jakov Novak in the faceoff circle where he potted the Huskies second goal of the evening.

- Momentum changing, Lund tallied two goals in the final three minutes of the game. The first of his third period pair came off a rebounded goal on the backside with assists credited to Gunnarwolfe Fontaine and Williams, his second assist of the evening.

- At the horn, Lund stunned the Eagles and brought the Huskies back from their deficit, sending the game to overtime. Aidan McDonough and Hryckowian recorded assists on the game-tying goal.

- Neither team was able to convert in overtime, forcing a shootout for the second time this season. The first two rounds for both teams proved unsuccessful as the comeback kid himself, Lund, buried the puck for the shootout victory.

- With 63 minutes in net, goaltender Devon Levi made 36 stops against Boston College, including saves on all three shootouts attempts.

The Huskies head to Chestnut Hill for the first time this year tomorrow night for the series finale with Boston College. Puck drop is slated for 7 p.m. and can be streamed on ESPN+.
