CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The #14/15 Boston College women's hockey team tied #11/13 Penn State twice to battle to a 2-2 tie on Saturday afternoon at Kelley Rink.
A scoreless first period gave way to three goals in the middle frame, with Penn State sandwiching goals around Alexie Guay's first of the season to enter the second intermission with a 2-1 lead. Abby Newhook's goal midway through the third period sent the game to overtime where neither team found the back of the net.

GAME NOTES
- Penn State had the 37-28 lead in shots on goal.
- Boston College went 0-for-2 on the power play while keeping Penn State to 0-for-3.
