ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine women's ice hockey team completes the weekend sweep, earning the shutout win over New Hampshire 4-0.

First Goal (1-0 Maine): Maine's first goal would not happen until the second period when Grace Heiting would score off a pass from Lilli Welcke.

Second Goal (2-0 Maine): Lilli Welcke would net the second goal from Maine, the first collegiate goal, coming off a pass from Ida Kuoppala

Third Goal (3-0 Maine): The Black Bears would secure their third goal with a flick up and in the net from Kennedy Little, her first of the season. Grace Heiting and Luisa Welcke would each pick up an assist.

Fourth Goal (4-0): Maine would grab their last goal in the third period. After Elise Morphy would break up a pass from the Wildcats she would pass it to Morgan Trimper who secured the goal.

Ava Boutilier and Nicky Harnett would both appear in net for the Wildcats combining for 29 saves.

Brooklyn Oakes would get her first career appearance and start in today's game earning the shut out and collecting 23 saves.
