DURHAM, N.H.- The No. 4 Northeastern women's hockey team defeated the New Hampshire Wildcats, 2-1, on Tuesday evening at the Whittemore Center. - Northeastern opened the game with a lackluster first period, allowing one UNH goal and getting outshot 15-8.
- The Huskies turned the tables in period two, outshooting the Wildcats, 10-4 in the frame and getting a goal of their own from Maddie Mills. Mills' goal evened the score at 1-1, with assists from Maureen Murphy and Lily Yovetich.
- Skylar Fontaine then potted the game-winner, her second in as many games, at the 6:23 mark of the third period. Peyton Anderson and Murphy each had helpers on the goal.
- Aerin Frankel picked up her 20th win of the season, making 23 saves.
