NOTES
- Fifth-year student Ben Mirageas got the scoring started for the Friars, 1-0, 6:14 into the contest. Nick Poisson and Kohen Olischefski earned the assists on the eventual game-winning goal.
- The Friars outshot the Tigers by a 10-1 margin through the opening 20 minutes.
- Mirageas scored his second of the day, 2-0, just 1:49 into the second period. Riley Duran and Davis Bunz assisted on the play.
- Brett Berard grabbed a power play goal, 3-0, at 5:09 after Princeton was called for boarding. It was Berard's team-leading 11th strike of the season as he finished off a backdoor feed from Parker Ford.
- The Friars added another, 4-0, just 20 seconds later with a goal from Chase Yoder. Riley Duran earned his second assist of the night and Cam McDonald notched his first Yoder's third of the year.
- Guillaume Richard drew a five-minute power play for the Friars after Princeton's Christian O'Neill was sent off for contact to the head. Providence was unable to score during the man-up opportunity despite hitting two posts.
- Riley Duran earned his third point of the night, 5-0, with a goal at 2:48 of the third period. Assisted by Chase Yoder and Matt Koopman, Duran set a new career-high in points during a game.
-Patrick Moynihan kept the scoring going, 6-0, with a goal less than a minute later, at 3:40. Moynihan was assisted by Tomas Mazura and Jaxson Stauber on his seventh goal of the season. The assist served as Mazura's first of the season and Stauber notched his third assist of the year on the play.
-Matt Koopman scored a shorthanded goal for the Friars, 7-0, with 2:12 remaining in play after Garrett Devine was whistled for cross checking. Cam McDonald and Parker Ford earned the assists.
-Jaxson Stauber stopped all 18 shots for his third shutout of the season and seventh of his career.
-Duran set new career-highs for both points and assists scored in a game with three points and two assists, surpassing his two-point performance against New Hampshire on Oct. 29, 2021.
- Mirageas tied his career-best for goals in a game with two, having last recorded two goals against UMass on Nov. 11, 2017.
- Friday marked the third time this season that Providence has registered seven goals in a game.
- The Providence penalty kill unit has killed off 23-consecutive opponent power play opportunities.
- Koopman finished with a game-high +4 rating for the Friars.
