WAKEFIELD, Mass. – Hockey East has suspended Boston University freshman defenseman Charlie McAvoy (Long Beach, N.Y.) for one game stemming from incidents in the second and third periods at Providence College Friday, Nov. 13. He will miss Saturday's (Nov. 14) contest against Providence at Agganis Arena and will be eligible to return to action Friday, Nov. 20 against Michigan.
