BELFAST, Northern Ireland. - The Providence College women's hockey team lost to Princeton University, 6-1, on Friday, Jan. 5 at the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Reichen Kirchmair (Oakville, Ontario) scored the Friars' lone goal, while Hope Walinski (Lincoln, R.I.) finished the day with 17 saves.

GAME FLOW & NOTES

-Princeton struck first 4:11 into the first period when Issy Wunder scored with help from Emerson O'Leary and Sarah Fillier.

-At the 10:40 mark, Princeton's Gabby Kim scored, 2-0. Wunder and Fillier assisted the play.

-The Tigers went up 3-0 when Wunder scored with 30 seconds left in the first period. Fillier and O'Leary were each credited with an assist.

- Five minutes into the second period, Fillier converted on a power play with help from O'Leary.

-One minute later, Teja Gatfield assisted Sarah Paul to the Tigers' fifth goal.
