HOCKEY EAST PLAYER OF THE MONTH
Tyler Madden - Northeastern
Sophomore Forward; Deerfield Beach, Fla.
Madden finished the month of November with 17 points off of
seven goals and 10 assists. Three of the sophomore's seven goals
in November came during the Huskies' weekend opener against
Maine on November 22, when Madden posted a career-first hat
trick. Additionally in the contest, the sophomore matched his
previously set single-game career-high in points with four off
three goals and one assist. For his four-point performance and
five-point weekend, Madden was named the Hockey East Player
of the Week (Nov. 25) as well as the NCAA Second Star of the
Week (Nov. 25). Currently, Madden is tied for first in the nation
in goals with 12 and ranks third in points with 22. Madden led
the NCAA with seven goals and tied for the national lead with
17 points in November. His 46 shots on goal also led all NCAA
players. He paced all players in Hockey East with eight power-play
points and one hat trick.

PRO AMBITIONS ROOKIE OF THE MONTH
Spencer Knight - Boston College
Goaltender, Darien, Conn.
Knight went 7-1-0 in November, including 5-1-0 on the
road, with a 1.12 goals against average and a .959 save
percentage. He posted two shutouts in league play
against UConn and Vermont and didn't allow more than
two goals in any of his eight starts. The freshman closed
the month on a personal seven-game winning streak. He
led Hockey East in wins (7), save percentage (.959), goals
against average (1.12), and shutouts (2), while he ranked
tied for first nationally in wins and shutouts, and second
in all other categories. He allowed just nine goals on 218
shots against.

STOP IT GOALTENDER OF THE MONTH
Tyler Wall - UMass Lowell
Senior; Leamington, Ontario
Wall has been named Hockey East Defensive Player of the
Week five times in the last nine weeks, including twice in
the month of November. Wall recorded a 5-1-2 record in
the month with a 1.71 GAA and a .947 save percentage
with one shutout. He stopped 250 of 264 shots in the
month. The senior netminder posted 30 or more saves in
five games in the month and allowed two goals or fewer
in six of the contests.
