NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The University of Connecticut women's ice hockey team fell to Quinnipiac in the Nutmeg Classic consolation game, 6-1, at Ingalls Rink Saturday afternoon.

Junior forward Stephanie Raithby scored the Huskies' only goal, her second of the weekend. Sophomore Emily Snodgrass and freshman Margaret Zimmer each picked up assists on the score.

Kelly Babstock and Brittany Lyons each score twice for the Bobcats, while Babstock added an assist for a team-best three points.

Quinnipiac (8-6-2) scored three power play goal on five Connecticut (2-12-2) penalties.

Junior Sarah Moses came off the bench and made 33 saves for the Huskies, while sophomore Emily Walsh provided six in her first collegiate action.
