Junior goaltender Kiera Kingston made 28 saves for the Eagles

CANTON, N.Y. - The Boston College Eagles came back after a tough loss on Friday to hold onto a 1-1 tie at St. Lawrence University on Saturday, November 13.

BC moves to 7-1-4 while St. Lawrence is now 4-5-2.

After falling behind early the night before, the Eagles scored first to get an early lead. At 19:45 in the first period, Mary Restuccia took advantage of a power play opportunity to net her second goal in as many games, with assists from Kelli Stack and Ashley Motherwell.

Then at 19:45 in the second period, St. Lawrence responded with a power play goal of its own to end the second period tied at one.

Despite 10 shots for BC in the third period and six in the overtime frame, no one was able to find the back of the net for a win.

Kiera Kingston made 28 saves in goal in her third start of the season.

Game Notes: Mary Restuccia scored a goal in each game and an assist in Friday's loss to lead the Eagles... Kelli Stack continued her points streak with two assists in as many games... Kiera Kingston made a collective 73 saves in her first three starts this season...
