Alex Carpenter, BC (So., F, North Reading, Mass.) Scored the equalizer in a 3-1 win at PC on Friday and assisted the Eagles first goal vs. Maine.
Meghan Huertas, UVM (Fr., F, Boynton Beach, Fla.) Had three assists in two weekend games against the Niagara Purple Eagles this weekend.
Taylor Holze, BU (Jr., F, Lynnbrook, N.Y.) Notched a goal in Saturday's contest against Wisconsin.
Kerrin Sperry, BU (So., G, North Reading, Mass.) Matched a season and career-high with 37 saves on Friday against Wisconsin. She then made
32 saves in Saturday's contest with the Badgers.
Breanne Sundquist, UVM (So., D, Avondale, Ariz.) Had two assists as Vermont earned consecutive ties against Niagara this weekend.

Boston College: The loss to Maine snapped BC's six game unbeaten streak…
The Eagles are 20-14-11 in games following a loss since 2007-08…First-year
members of BC have accounted for 27-of-62 points (.435) through the first
eight games…The Eagles have been outscored 12-14 in the first two periods,
but hold a 13-5 advantage over opponents in the third period…Boston College
has faced three ranked teams this season, going 2-1-0…Katie King Crowley
is 6-9-2 against BU.
Boston University: Friday's loss to Wisconsin snapped a six game unbeaten
streak, and was the first time the Terriers both lost on a Friday and were
shut out since Jan. 29, 2010, a 2-0 loss against Connecticut…Kerrin Sperry
matched a season and career-high with 37 saves on Friday. The mark was set
on Oct. 1, a 5-1 loss to North Dakota, also a WCHA opponent…Jenn Wakefield
is one goal away from 100 for her career…Friday marked the return of senior
defenseman Tara Watchorn and the debut of redshirt freshman defenseman
Caroline Campbell…Wednesday's matchup with Boston College will be the first
conference game of the year for BU; the Terriers are the last Hockey East team
to not have played a conference contest.
University of Connecticut: UConn fell by scores of 4-0 and 2-1 at Syracuse
this weekend...It marked the second time the Huskies have been swept in a
weekend series this weekend and first to be held with one goal or fewer since
December 2010...Sophomore goaltender Nicole Paniccia posted 30 saves in
game one, her third game of 30 or more and senior Alexandra Garcia turned
away 33 shots in game two, also her third game with 30 or more saves
University of Maine: The University of Maine women's ice hockey team (6-4-
0) (2-2-0) went 1-1-0 in conference play this weekend with a 3-2 loss against
Northeastern on Friday and a 5-2 win against Boston College on Sunday, giving
the Black Bears their second straight win over BC at Boston College. Brittany
Dougherty scored four goals including a hat trick against Boston College.
Dawn Sullivan (Enfield, N.S.) notched one goal and two assists in two games
and Danielle Ward (Lansing, Mich.) tallied three assists including assists on both
goals against Northeastern.
University of New Hampshire: UNH opens November with a home game
against Vermont, but then hits the road for five consecutive road games...
The six-member junior class has scored nine of the team's 17 goals (53%) and
recorded 12 points overall...The five-member sophomore class has tallied 10
of the teams 18 assists (56%) and recorded 13 points overall...UNH has a 3-1-2
record when recording 20+ shots...UNH is winless (0-3-2) when scoring less
than three goals in a game.
Northeastern University: Northeastern defeated Maine, 3-2, in its Hockey
East season debut…Kendall Coyne converted a penalty shot for the Huskies'
opening goal, and extended her point streak to seven straight games to open
the season; she is the only Husky to have scored in every game this year…Colleen
Murphy scored her first collegiate goal, with help from Maggie DiMasi, who
has scored in both game in which she has appeared…The Huskies now have
five power play goals in their last two games, with conversions on five of their
last 13 opportunities.
Providence College: At some point this season, the Friars will have faced nine
of the 15 teams currently listed in the USA Today/USA Hockey Poll…Goaltender
Genevieve Lacasse (Kingston, Ont.) is now just six wins away from tying the
Friars' all-time record of 58, currently held by Jana Bugden '07…Providence
will play seven of its next eight games at Schneider Arena.
University of Vermont: Freshman forward Krystal Baumann leads the team in
scoring with two goals and two assists…Friday's 3-2 win over Providence marked
the first time Vermont has ever won its Hockey East opener…Junior goaltender
Kelci Lanthier earned her first career Hockey East win making 30 saves on
Friday…All 18 of the Catamounts skaters have registered at least a point this
season…Vermont is 3-2-0 in its last five Hockey East home games…The Catamounts
scored their first two power play goals of the year Saturday…Vermont
has another difficult schedule this season, with 12 games against teams ranked
in the preseason USCHO.com Division I Women's Poll.
