With 28 seconds remaining in regulation, freshman Liam Blackburn (Prince George, British Columbia) drew the score level to 2-2 with the extra attacker goal. Blackburn started the play with a pass from behind the net to classmate Brendan van Riemsdyk (Middletown, N.J.) along the redline.
