- Boston College recorded its most shots on net ( 59 ) in a game since blasting 56 at Notre Dame on Feb. 28, 2015. - Michael Kim's goal with 4:47 left in regulation was not only his first-career game-tying goal, it also stood as his first-career game-tying goal. The Toronto, Ontario native now has 19 points (3-16-19) in 45 games as an Eagle defenseman. - Rookie goaltender Ryan Edquist steered away a career-best 36 shots in a marvelous effort in the consolation draw at the Three Rivers Classic. - Friday night's game officially ends in a tie, but the Eagles emerged victorious in the shootout thanks to a nifty move by JD Dudek on BC's second attempt. Dudek finished with a whopping 10 shots on net in Friday's 1-1 draw.

FIRST GOAL (1-0 - FSU) FIRST PERIOD - Corey Mackin - 00:14 - EVEN STRENGTH

- Immediately off the game's opening draw, Ferris State drew blood 14 seconds in on a quick rebound out front. Corey Mackin won the draw, dumped it in and Ryan Lowney ripped a shot between the circles. The puck sharply jutted out to Ryan Edquist's left and Mackin popped the rebound back in for the early 1-0 edge.

SECOND GOAL (1-1 - BC) THIRD PERIOD - Michael Kim - 15:13 - POWER PLAY

- Boston College finally solved Ferris State goaltender Justin Kapelmaster after Michael Kim blasted it by on the power play with 4:47 left in regulation. Chris Calnan made a heads-up play by keeping Ferris State's attempt to clear in the zone. He dropped the puck at his feet and backhanded it to Luke McInnis in the slot. McInnis skated backwards with it, let it loose to Kim in the slot and he hammered it home past the hot goaltender to tie it up, 1-1, with 4:47 to play in regulation.
