CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Hockey East Association announced its 2010-2011 All-Star Teams on Thursday night at the Hockey East Championship banquet at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, Mass.

Athletic Republic Player of the Year Paul Thompson (Derry, N.H.) of New Hampshire is joined by BC's Brian Dumoulin (Biddeford, Maine) and forward Cam Atkinson (Greenwich, Conn.) as the only unanimous selections to the First-Team. Boston College senior John Muse (East Falmouth, Mass.) was tabbed as the First-Team goaltender, while UNH defenseman Blake Kessel (Verona, Wis.) and Maine junior forward Gustav Nyquist (Malmo, Sweden) earned First-Team honors for the second straight season.

On the Second-Team, Boston University placed two student-athletes on the team in junior netminder Kieran Millan (Edmonton, Alta.) and junior defender David Warsofsky (Marshfield, Mass.). Maine senior Josh Van Dyk (Woodstock, Ont.) was the second defender named to the team, along with forwards Stephane Da Costa (Paris, France) representing Merrimack College, Brian Gibbons (Braintree, Mass.) from BC and Wade MacLeod (Coquitlam, B.C.) from the Northeastern Huskies.
