WAKEFIELD, Mass. - Hockey East announced today that Providence freshman forward Nick Poisson (North Vancouver, B.C.) has been suspended for one game stemming from an incident at 17:17 of the third period on Monday, December 28 at UConn. Poisson will miss the game on Friday, January 1 against Vermont and be eligible to return to the Friars’ lineup on Saturday, January 2 against the Catamounts.
